This position offers a unique opportunity for a skilled Provisional Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Exercise Physiologists.
Job Description:- To support clients in accordance with AHPRA and NDIS regulations and client goals.
The role entails providing high-quality interventions, undertaking comprehensive assessments using clinical observations and standardized tools, interpreting findings to set treatment goals.
You will be responsible for managing your caseload effectively, supporting clients and stakeholders in developing and reviewing support plans, collaborating with other health professionals regarding client care.
Maintaining accurate case notes, reports, and correspondence per standards, legislative, and ethical guidelines is also a crucial aspect of this position.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- High-quality, evidence-based, and client-centred interventions professionally, confidentially, and culturally safely.
- Comprehensive assessments using clinical observations and standardized tools, interpreting findings to set treatment goals.
- Caseload management, including supporting clients and stakeholders in developing and reviewing support plans.
- Collaboration with other health professionals and stakeholders regarding client care.
- Aptitude in maintaining accurate case notes, reports, and correspondence.
- Flexibility – Work from 20 hours/week (minimum 3 days) to full-time, choosing hours and days that suit you.
