Compliance Specialist Role

To achieve this goal, we invite skilled professionals to make their mark in the Marketing and Trading division. Due to internal movements, there is a two-year opportunity to contribute to compliance activities.

The key responsibilities include implementing the annual audit/compliance program, supporting the trading team to achieve ISCC recertification annually, and preparing weekly reports for stakeholders. We foster a culture that encourages continuous improvement initiatives.

This role involves performing risk assessments, evaluating the effectiveness of key controls, and collaborating with multiple teams to drive results.

A suitable candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Accounting, and Audit or related fields, along with strong Microsoft Office skills and experience in data analysis and management.

The ideal candidate should have critical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to influence effectively.
