The Role

As a Quality Systems Coordinator, you'll play a key role in upholding our commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. You'll ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

You'll maintain accurate documentation, implement regulatory and customer-driven standards, and develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance programs across all stages of production.

Additionally, you'll conduct internal audits, inspections, and manage corrective and preventive actions. You'll identify quality and safety risks, develop mitigation strategies, and provide training and guidance to staff on quality procedures and regulatory compliance.

The Person

To thrive in this position, you'll bring a mix of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. You'll have a degree in food safety or equivalent and proven experience in food safety, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance within the food industry.

You'll be skilled in conducting risk assessments and driving corrective/preventative actions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. A proactive, solution-focused attitude and commitment to continuous improvement are also required.
