Salary Range: OTE $70,000 - $80,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef to join our team at Adelaide Airport. As a key member of our kitchen crew, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our airline customers.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing hot and cold meals for Business and Economy class flights
  • Managing bulk materials, produce, and recipes
  • Maintaining stock levels and minimizing food waste
  • Working collaboratively with our team of chefs and catering attendants
  • Cleaning and maintaining a hygienic work environment
  • Following menu specifications and safety protocols

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Certificate III Commercial Cookery or higher qualifications (preferred)
  • Passion for delivering exceptional quality food
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
