
Manufacturing Production Manager

Our team is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Team Lead to ensure the smooth transition of new products into manufacturing. This role is responsible for leading and developing a team to ensure production schedules are adhered to in a safe, efficient, and timely manner, in alignment with our Quality Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing a team to achieve production goals
- Ensuring quality of production throughput and organizing the resolution of quality-related issues
- Planning and organizing work for the team members to execute the plan in the most efficient manner through the effective use of standard processes
- Ensuring inventory accuracy and traceability is always maintained within the manufacturing operations
- Conducting workplace safety observations and participating in the development of appropriate risk controls for hazards identified
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Lean manufacturing culture leadership experience
- Digital computer systems familiarity and general business acumen including presentation skills
- Confident verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively in 1:1 or small and large group scenarios
- Able to prioritize and deliver business needs, explain the why to engage the team or business
- Ability to work in both shifts (AM and PM)
