What You'll Do
Coordinate and oversee daily precast concrete production to meet targets.
Lead safety initiatives through regular audits and toolbox talks.
Collaborate with QA teams to resolve defects and implement preventative measures.
Lead, mentor, and inspire production staff to foster a respectful, high-performance culture.
Manage materials and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For
Trade Qualification or Engineering background.
Proven experience in precast concrete or similar manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and production schedules.
Process improvement and Lean manufacturing exposure desirable.
Effective communicator with leadership and conflict resolution skills.
Familiarity with compliance registers, tagging systems, and incident documentation.
Forklift or overhead crane license (desirable).
