Production Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to join our client's growing manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and supervising a team of production operators.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a GMP manufacturing environment, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will also be responsible for monitoring production lines, processes, and operators, as well as investigating and responding to customer complaints and deviations from standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing production operations, including assembling medicinal products and performing packaging operations.
  • Supervising and coordinating all work activities of production operators.
  • Maintaining high-quality production outputs, adhering to SOPs, QMS, and GMP regulations.
  • Investigating and responding to customer complaints and deviations from standards.
  • Ensuring conformance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in a busy GMP, TGA, and ISO manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience working as a hands-on Production Team Leader.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and efficiently.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
