Job Overview

Our organization seeks an accomplished professional to manage partnerships within the travel industry. Reporting directly to the Head of Travel, this role is crucial in executing our travel products strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head of Travel to develop and execute a comprehensive travel products strategy
  • Conduct market analysis, assess customer needs, and evaluate the competitive landscape to create distinctive travel offerings
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business objectives, including revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention rates, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend product enhancements to optimize business outcomes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product, to design a go-to-market plan and identify effective channels to reach target customers
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a product management or similar role
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Strong business acumen, enabling a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and financial drivers
  • Excellent analytical skills, leveraging data to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes
  • Effective leadership skills, inspiring and motivating team members to achieve shared goals
  • Superb communication skills, articulating the product vision and strategy across various stakeholders
