Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to oversee the delivery of new build projects, ensuring timely completion, safety, and high standards.

About the Role
  • Assist with project delivery from pre-construction to defect liability and handover.
  • Deliver projects in accordance with building specifications and industry standards.
  • Manage contractual requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate tender interviews, subcontractor negotiations, and contract letting in conjunction with the Project Manager.
  • Oversee EHSQ responsibilities and project delivery systems.
  • Support financial management of projects and generate detailed construction programmes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a safe working environment and implement EHSQ policies.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements
  • Experience delivering commercial new build projects or projects with structural works.
  • Natural leader and team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Adaptable, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Projects, Procore, and Jobpac (handy but not essential).
