We are seeking an experienced Contract Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Melbourne.
Your Role
As a Contract Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading an operational team to ensure the efficient running of the warehouse.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Managing, planning, organizing, staffing, and directing warehouse activities, including HR issues such as absence, attendance, and sick leave.
- Achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) in management, productivity, and customer service.
- Ensuring responsible handling and operation of company equipment and assets.
- Ensuring team members comply with Health and Safety policies and processes.
- Undertaking any other tasks required by management.

- In-depth understanding of warehouse operations within Contract Logistics, including receiving, storage, shipping processes, and inventory control methods.

- Proven supervisory and leadership skills to manage teams safely and efficiently.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent skills in managing people and resolving conflicts.
