Kuehne + Nagel is seeking an experienced Contract Logistics Supervisor
To ensure the efficient running of the warehouse by leading an operational team.
Your Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse by leading an operational team.
Key activities include:
- Manage, plan, organize, staff, and direct warehouse activities, including HR issues such as absence, attendance, and sick leave.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) in management, productivity, and customer service.
- Ensure responsible handling and operation of company equipment and assets.
- Ensure team members comply with Health and Safety policies and processes.
- Undertake any other tasks required by management.

- Have excellent skills in managing people and resolving conflicts.
