Job Title: Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical lead to spearhead our Salesforce Marketing Cloud team.

- Leverage your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive the development and implementation of high-impact projects.
- Mentor junior team members, helping them grow technically and professionally.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and technologies in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- At least 8 years of experience in software development, preferably in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of success.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Able to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Programming languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AmpScript.
- Data management: SQL, T-SQL.
- Applications: Jira, Confluence.
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure.
