About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Lightning. The role involves leading end-to-end implementations, integrations, customizations, and enhancements, while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to work on a large-scale transformation project for a leading multichannel retailer in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities


• Design, build, and deliver custom Salesforce solutions, including major/minor enhancements and greenfield implementations.


• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and environment/release management procedures.


• Develop solutions using APEX, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).


• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using native features or APIs.


• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements, debug issues, and implement sustainable solutions.


• Take end-to-end ownership of requests, including UAT coordination, deployment, and support.


• Maintain application-related support and knowledge documentation.


• Work with business analysts, architects, developers, testers, and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions on time.


• Manage time reporting, incident resolution, and change implementation activities.

Required Skills & Experience


• 5+ years of Salesforce design, development, and integration experience.


• 3+ years of end-to-end Salesforce implementation experience.


• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Lightning.


• Proficiency in APEX, VisualForce, LWC, Java, JavaScript, XML, and platform.


• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, triggers, classes, and API integration.


• Experience with AppExchange, deployment strategies, and s-controls.


• integration experience across multiple business systems.

Must-Have Competencies


• Strong expertise in Lightning Web Component (LWC) framework.


• Advanced skills in APEX development and building APIs (REST/SOAP).


• Salesforce Certified: Platform Developer I and App Builder.


• Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders to define and deliver solutions.


• Ability to design scalable solutions integrating Salesforce with third-party systems.

Good-to-Have Competencies


• Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior leadership.


• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
