Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to members, addressing their transactional needs and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage in needs-based conversations to identify and deliver tailored solutions that meet our members' financial goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their financial needs and providing guidance on how to utilize digital and mobile banking tools.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve strategic goals, ensuring seamless branch operations and excellent customer service.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of personal lending submissions, adhering to regulatory and responsible lending obligations.
  • Provide leadership support to the Branch Manager, contributing to the development of a high-performing team.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and experience in cash handling and reconciliation. Previous experience in a customer service role and banking industry would be highly regarded.
