Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Ambassador to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with patients/residents at the bedside.

This role is responsible for obtaining meal requirements of patients using an electronic menu management system, providing relevant information required for the accurate provision of patient/resident meals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Present professionally when interacting with patients.
  • Liaise effectively with other staff within the multidisciplinary team.
  • Understand various dietary requirements of patients, including cultural and spiritual needs.

Essential Requirements:

  • Basic Food Handling Certification (post 2016)
  • Working with children's certificate
  • Basic computer skills. i.e. Microsoft Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Apply risk management strategies to ensure service deliverables are not compromised.
