Job Title: Food Service Ambassador

This role operates as part of the Food Services team, assisting the Support Services Supervisor in delivering a safe and effective food service for patients.

The successful candidate will be an ambassador for the department, requiring strong interpersonal skills when engaging with patients at the bedside. The primary function is to obtain patient meal requirements using an electronic menu management system, providing relevant information for accurate meal provision.

This role involves working across all Peninsula Health sites, requiring travel as needed. The successful candidate will have basic food handling certification, working with children check, and basic computer skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
