Job Role:
  • Lead the design of new digital healthcare brands and capabilities, working across product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders.
  • Drive high-quality execution across mobile apps and web, ensuring products are accessible, scalable, and user-friendly.
  • Shape the direction and evolution of the multi-brand design system, supporting speed, consistency, and creativity across markets.
  • Advance the product design practice, rituals, tooling, and collaboration across disciplines.
  • Contribute to growing the team by modelling excellent design and providing thoughtful feedback.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in product design with a track record of leading complex initiatives.
  • Solutions thinking with ability to design products that scale across brands, geographies, and use cases.
  • Craft leadership: detail-oriented, thoughtful, and rigorous in exploring, validating, and executing design solutions.
  • Mentoring other designers and uplifting people and processes.
  • Strong collaboration with PMs, engineers, content designers, and stakeholders across disciplines.
  • Navigating ambiguity, bringing clarity to fuzzy problems, and driving alignment with velocity.
  • Initiative, ownership, flexibility, adaptability, and pragmatism.
