Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our trusted Aspect Therapy team. As a key member of our team, you will work in partnership with individuals on the autism spectrum and their families/support network to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop support strategies that build capabilities and work with participant's interests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based psychological therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement support strategies
  • Provide training and education to families and support networks on autism and related topics
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in psychology
  • Fully registered with AHPRA
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across the local community
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance
  • Working with Children Check for paid employment
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' certificate
