Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our trusted Aspect Therapy team. As a key member of our team, you will work in partnership with individuals on the autism spectrum and their families/support network to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop support strategies that build capabilities and work with participant's interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based psychological therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement support strategies
- Provide training and education to families and support networks on autism and related topics
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in psychology
- Fully registered with AHPRA
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across the local community
- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance
- Working with Children Check for paid employment
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' certificate
