Futures Transformation Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Digital Futures Initiative. This ambitious effort aims to support communities through the effective use of technology by 2035.
About the Role- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy and roadmap.
- Establish robust governance and operational structures to ensure successful program delivery.
- Manage pilot initiatives, scale successful programs, and build strategic partnerships across sectors.
- Lead strategic communications, impact measurement, and budget oversight.
- Mentor and develop team members to drive organisational growth.
- A passionate commitment to the not-for-profit sector and understanding of technology as a driver in sector capacity development.
- Experience in delivering sector-based programs at scale in complex environments.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, aligning program goals with organisational objectives and creating actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across various sectors.
- Senior management experience, leading teams, managing operations and budgets, ideally in technology-based product and service teams.
- Alignment with our organisation's vision and values.
- Relevant tertiary or professional qualifications highly desirable.
