Concession Manager - Politix David Jones Green Hills NSW

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Manage inventory levels, stockroom organization, and loss prevention activities to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and events to drive customer traffic and sales growth
  • Conduct regular team meetings, provide coaching and feedback, and develop talent to ensure a high-performing team
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven retail leadership experience, with a track record of driving sales growth and team performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
