As a Deputy Concession Manager, your primary role will be to assist in achieving the financial objectives of the concession outlets while ensuring the company’s key performance indicators are met. A strong emphasis will be placed on fostering a welcoming and authentic customer service environment. This position will also involve cultivating a team that is motivated to excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote a customer-focused atmosphere, ensuring a warm and engaging in-store experience.
  • Contribute to driving sales, profitability, and efficiency by meeting all established performance metrics.
  • Support the Concession Manager by ensuring the team comprehends all business goals, with a clear emphasis on commercial insight.
  • Encourage and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development initiatives.

Attributes You Possess

  • A strong enthusiasm for the retail sector, outstanding service, and a keen sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Assist in budget management, financial report analysis, and creating efficient staff schedules.
  • Support the Concession Manager in overseeing team performance, productivity, training, and development.
  • Exhibit operational excellence, with experience in inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Ability to forge strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization.
