Lead Educator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Educator to join our Early Childhood Education team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational environment and curriculum for young children.

In this position, you will work closely with an experienced Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team to design and deliver a comprehensive education program that fosters each child's learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver an exceptional curriculum that fosters each child's learning and development

  • Help children build a strong sense of identity through educational activities and play-based learning
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years experience working in an Early Childhood Education setting
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, commitment to providing high-quality education and care to children
