Leadership Role

As a dedicated and experienced educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a nurturing environment where educators and children can thrive.

This exceptional leadership position offers the opportunity to lead, inspire, and make a lasting impact on the lives of young children.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver an engaging curriculum that fosters each child's learning and development.
  • Work closely with an Early Childhood Teacher and a supportive Leadership team to create a cohesive and empowering environment.

This role requires strong communication and time-management skills, as well as experience in leading a team within a childcare service.

About the Service
  • The service caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 3 stunning outdoor play yards.
  • Utilise the Story Park platform to enrich our communication with families about their child's development.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
