We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team at a residential aged care facility.
- Manage maintenance requests and liaise with staff, residents, and contractors and suppliers.
- Liaise with various stakeholders including staff, residents, and external providers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance requests, liaising with staff, residents and contractors and suppliers. This is a full-time position that reports to the Facilities Coordinator.
About YouWe are looking for an individual with a background in building and facilities maintenance, knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security and lighting systems.
- A strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Knowledge of maintenance management software.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
