**Job Title:** Sales Leadership Role
As a sales leader, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of sales executives across the NSW and QLD regions of Australia. This role requires strong leadership skills, people management experience, and the ability to work remotely.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales track record, excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong organisational and time management skills. They will be responsible for monitoring performance and sales KPIs to drive growth, providing regular feedback in an environment of collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and growing connections with distributors, key accounts, end users, and tender/new business opportunities. Delivering strong volume, revenue, and profitability in the NSW/QLD AU territory is essential to success in this role.
We are looking for a self-driven and motivated individual who can motivate others. The ability to travel regionally and interstate is essential, and you must hold full working rights in AU and be fully Covid-19 vaccinated.
