- Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans to help clients achieve their goals
- Coordinate and liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their rehabilitation journey
- Complete detailed reports on clients' progress and outcomes
- Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology
- Full ESSA accreditation
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Salary between $70,000 - $90,000 + Super based on experience
- Quarterly bonus incentive schemes
