Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in our Process Centre of Excellence team as a Process Redesign Manager. As a critical member of this team, you will play a pivotal part in redesigning, improving, and controlling vital processes across the organization.

  • Project Management: You will lead complex projects to diagnose, evaluate, and implement solutions to enhance customer and employee experience.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: You will manage cross-functional teams, sponsors, and partners across different areas of the business to elevate process capability and maturity.
  • Process Optimization: You will conduct data analysis of existing business process performance, pinpoint root causes of poor performance, and design solutions to improve.
  • Strategic Program CX Support: You will provide advice on product and process design initiatives ensuring customer-centricity at the forefront of discussion.

The ideal candidate will have a formal certification in process improvement and redesign (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt) and proven experience leading multiple complex redesign initiatives that deliver measurable benefits for customers and employees.
