As a business strategist specializing in IT solutions and delivery, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with banking industry customers at the C-Suite level to drive revenue growth. In this trusted advisor capacity, you will identify technical challenges, understand customer business drivers, and develop targeted engagement approaches within client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify technical barriers and propose strategic business value opportunities leveraging our portfolio of solutions.
  • Understand customer business objectives and secure buy-in across all levels within client organizations.
  • Collaborate with our team of business specialists to co-create innovative products and solutions.
  • Work with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and challenges comprehensively.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement using industry expertise.
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience providing digital transformation services to banks for their strategic initiatives.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, or Mathematics; an MBA or PhD is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of Lending, Deposit Management, and Virtual Channels.
