The Position:

  • Assist with managing a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 60 residential properties
  • Liaise with property owners and tenants
  • Assist with arranging quotations, repairs, and maintenance for required works
  • Prepare budgets for presentations to annual general meetings
  • Conduct general and committee meetings as required
  • Issue meeting notices and prepare minutes
  • Dedicated assistant for support

The Criteria:

  • 2+ years' experience in a strata role
  • Valid driver's license
  • Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic personality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
  • Excellent time management skills
