Strata Manager Opportunity

An exciting chance to take control of a tightly run portfolio of residential properties as a Strata Manager. Our client, a reputable company, is seeking an experienced professional to join their team on the Upper North Shore.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on work/life balance and promoting a positive and sustainable work environment. They will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to clients, working closely with a dedicated assistant to manage a portfolio of approximately 60 buildings.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assisting with the management of the portfolio, including liaising with owners and tenants
  • Coordinating quotations, repairs, and maintenance for works required
  • Preparing budgets for presentations to AGMs
  • Conducting general and committee meetings as required
  • Issuing meeting notices and preparing minutes

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years' experience in a strata role
  • Valid drivers' license
  • Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic personality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
  • Excellent time management skills
