About the Role

PICA Group is seeking a highly skilled Strata Manager to join our team in Sydney's CBD. As a Strata Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential buildings, providing exceptional service to owners and committees, and ensuring the smooth operation of our strata business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivating Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners and committees, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for all strata-related matters.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Lead and facilitate Annual General Meetings and other committee meetings, providing guidance and support to shape the community's future.
  • Financial Management: Prepare accurate budgets, agendas, and minutes, with the support of our specialized departments.
  • Legislative Compliance: Apply your understanding of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in the effective enforcement of by-laws.
  • Property Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of insurance policies and coordinate necessary repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks to ensure the safety and integrity of each building.

About You

  • You have at least 3 years' experience as a Strata Manager (or Trainee) and some knowledge of commercial portfolios.
  • You are great at building relationships, looking for win/win solutions, and love turning detractors into promoters.
  • You get things done, taking action and delivering on commitments. You love achieving your goals and celebrating yours (and other's) success.
  • You have a strong knowledge of financial reports and budgets, and are proficient in Microsoft Office.
