Support Professional Wanted

We are seeking experienced support professionals who have a genuine passion for improving the quality of life for individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities.

This role involves providing personal care and in-home support to an adult requiring support within the home.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong focus on delivering person-centred care, be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven. They will also have experience and/or qualifications in individual support, disability support, aged care, or equivalent.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • Current resume and 2 professional referees
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain prior to commencement of employment
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) (Employer) - if supporting U18
  • Current driver license and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Current First Aid (HLTAID011/HLTAID003) & CPR (HLTAID009/HLTAID001)
