The Global Customer Success organization is leading the effort to enable customer success on the Microsoft Cloud by harnessing AI-powered capabilities and human expertise. As a Cloud Solution Architect specialising in Dynamics Customer Experience, you will work with customers and partners building, deploying, operating, and optimising large complex enterprise environments.

  • Deliver proactive services to ensure customer mission critical solutions are in top operational health.
  • Provide education workshops, assessments, and tailored guidance to customers.
  • Work with Microsoft Support to expedite incident resolution.

This role involves short and long-term customer engagements and allows for flexible working arrangements, including up to 50% remote work. You will be a key technical resource for customers, focusing on delivering services that meet their needs and resolve issues efficiently.
