Experience Research Manager

Overview:

This position drives insights and growth by managing research operations, supporting strategic initiatives, and developing systems for collecting, disseminating, and visualizing customer experience research data.

Main Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

  • Simplify, grow, and deliver through strategic support
  • Develop research operations and systems to facilitate research, organize, and share customer and product research insights
  • Manage client satisfaction programs through measurement and visualization of outcomes, including emerging themes
  • Provide a range of research solutions (qualitative and quantitative) to support Experience team needs
  • Contribute to decision-making through quantitative and qualitative data and insights

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated research operations experience with knowledge of various data collection methods
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or design
  • Strong visual design skills and experience visualizing data
  • Research support experience, ideally in B2B2C ecosystems
