What's the role?
We're looking for a Manager, Customer Experience & Content to shape and deliver insight-led content that positions Westpac Commercial Bank and our bankers as industry experts. In this role, you'll transform research, banker insights, and market trends into high-impact content strategies amplified across internal and external channels. Your work will directly support customer engagement, NPS uplift, and our ambition to be Australia's #1 Business Bank.
What do I need?
- Proven experience in content or communications, ideally within financial services
- Skilled in developing engaging content across formats (e.g. reports, video, infographics)
- Strong research and analytical skills to uncover content opportunities
- Confident briefing agencies and managing end-to-end content delivery
- Excellent communication, planning and stakeholder engagement skills
- A passion for creating relevant content that drives real customer impact
