Job Summary

We are seeking a Child Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our OSHC program, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and unforgettable experiences for primary school children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement engaging programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve program goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote child safety and wellbeing

Requirements

  • A genuine love for working with children and a passion for child development
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A team player with aspirations to take on leadership opportunities
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check and a state working-with-children check
  • Must have valid Australian work rights
  • A relevant qualification in children's services or be in the process of completing one
