Job Description

Civic Disability Services is seeking a visionary leader to drive the delivery of inclusive employment programs across a designated region.

You will oversee the operational delivery of these programs, leading a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, compliant services that drive performance, foster stakeholder relationships, and support sustainable employment and social inclusion.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience managing multi-site operations within employment services, disability services, or a related human services sector.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Services, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Proven leadership capability, with experience in leading and managing a team to achieve performance targets.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Inclusive Employment Australia framework, including performance management, compliance, and contractual obligations.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build strategic partnerships.
