**Role Overview**: We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our inclusive employment and pathways initiatives. This role will be responsible for creating real-world opportunities for individuals with disabilities, working closely with employers, educators, and community partners to build sustainable pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain connections with employers, industries, and community organizations
  • Develop and deliver hands-on learning experiences that enhance program content and outcomes
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for participants to explore career pathways and skills training
  • Mentor and support participants in developing self-advocacy, confidence, and transferable workplace readiness skills
  • Collaborate with leadership to secure partnerships and expand Co-Hive's reach and impact
