The Role

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planning Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring service and stock level optimisation for our Regional Fulfilment Centres and Specialist Businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform forecast reviews, monitor service levels, reduce stock outs, manage overstocks, and conduct price point analysis on targeted lines to improve buying opportunities
  • Manage the processing of supplier invoices and credit notes, follow up variances and goods received
  • Achieve smooth and consistent supply of products by building strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication, and identifying opportunities to improve processes

Requirements

  • Experience in administration, customer service, inventory management, purchasing, or planning
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and MS Office
  • Experience with Infor M3, Slim4, or other Inventory Management Systems is desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, especially with our front-line staff
  • Ability to manage time effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
