Reliability and Maintenance Leadership Position

This role is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership position in heavy mobile equipment maintenance and reliability. As a Planning & Reliability Superintendent, you will lead a high-performing team, drive safety, optimize reliability, and deliver maintenance excellence.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor maintenance teams to achieve safety, reliability, and production targets.
  • Oversee the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities across the heavy mobile equipment division.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Manage budgets, monitor parts usage, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and team collaboration across site operations.

You will work in a FIFO arrangement from Brisbane, Townsville, or Rockhampton, with a strong support structure. The company prioritizes its people, emphasizes safety, and invests in leadership development.

Requirements
  • Trade Certificate in Plant Mechanics or relevant Engineering Qualification.
  • Demonstrated success in a similar Planning, Reliability, or Superintendent role within mining.
  • Current QLD Coal Board Medical.
  • Current Standard 11.
  • Drug & Alcohol Clearance Report.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
