Expert Reliability and Maintenance Professional

This is a senior leadership role in maintenance that drives both immediate operational performance and long-term asset strategy. As a reliability and maintenance expert, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of maintenance professionals who are dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of maintenance trades and technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and reduce maintenance costs.
- Manage and optimize CMMS systems, maintenance schedules, and asset lifecycle data to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.
- Collaborate with operations, production, and sales teams to align priorities and plan proactively for maintenance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement across equipment, systems, and maintenance processes to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations by managing contractor engagement, performance, and risk.
- Contribute to capital investment planning and long-term reliability strategy to drive business growth and success.
- Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Background in industrial sectors such as plastics, polymers, packaging, or FMCG manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of CMMS systems and asset management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and build accountability.
- Sound technical problem-solving ability with a sense of urgency and practical execution.
- Strong communication skills - capable of influencing at both shop floor and leadership levels.
