Customer Service Reviewer Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Reviewer.

  • This role involves visiting retail outlets, posing as a customer, and making detailed observations about the store presentation, service, and cleanliness.

After completing each assignment, you will need to survey online about your experience. This work requires an eye for detail, good memory, reliability, strong communication skills, and access to the internet.

The ideal candidate should be available to travel and have flexibility in their schedule. The number of assignments offered will depend on your availability and ability to complete tasks successfully.

Surveys may take anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit retail outlets and pose as a customer to make detailed observations.
  • Complete surveys online about your experience.
