
Early Childhood Educator

This role is ideal for a dedicated and passionate individual who wishes to contribute to the development of young learners.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
You will assist in delivering educational programs, observing and documenting children's progress, and working closely with our Children's Services Coordinator and Early Childhood Teacher to evaluate and improve the daily program.
Strong communication and observation skills are essential for this role, as well as an empathetic and patient approach when interacting with children and families.
The successful candidate will hold an ACECQA-approved Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be working towards qualification, and have current certifications in First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management.
A commitment to ongoing professional development and a Class C driver's license are also required.

- Key Responsibilities:

- Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Understanding of the EYLF and NQF
- Willingness to undertake ongoing training and professional development
