Enterprise Risk and Compliance Manager

The Enterprise Risk and Compliance Manager (ERCM) is part of our risk management function, reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer. The ERCM collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to support risk management and capability development.
This role is pivotal in developing and maintaining our enterprise risk and compliance framework. The ERCM works with the Chief Risk Office team, corporate areas, and external stakeholders such as advisors or consultants.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting strategic planning, including risk, ethics, ESG, compliance, and assurance programs.
- Developing relationships across the organization for advice and consultation on risk and compliance matters.
- Supporting a positive risk and compliance culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Developing and implementing risk and compliance policies and ensuring effective communication.
- Monitoring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies, and coordinating internal and external audits.
About You
We are looking for a collaborative individual with integrity and a commitment to doing the right thing. Technical skills and experience include:
- 6-10 years of governance, risk, audit, and/or compliance experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, governance, risk, or related field; postgraduate qualifications are desirable.
- Relevant professional certifications in risk, compliance, or audit.
