Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement SaaS solutions for clients
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions

  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly comprehend complex data and streamline processes into the SaaS solution
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Competent in packaged application software implementation practices
  • High-level knowledge of enterprise IT organizational, business, and technical environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Australia Resident (with Australian Citizenship)
  • Degree in engineering, computer science, MIS, finance or equivalent experience
  • Training/certification in ITIL or equivalent is a bonus
