Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of organising and advocacy strategies to support the Queensland Division Branches and their Committees.
  • Engage in developing, recruiting, and campaigning activities to advance the interests of workers in the tertiary education sector.
  • Maintain and service vital networks of workplace reps and activists, providing support and guidance as needed.

As a key member of the National Tertiary Education Union team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future working lives for academic and general staff in Queensland Universities.

This full-time, permanent role is located at the Division office in Brisbane, and may involve regular travel to all Queensland campuses.
