About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Specialist to join our team at Aware Super. As a key member of our Advice Implementation team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Administration: Coordinate and complete daily tasks with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring seamless execution of our advice implementation process.
  • Client Interaction: Set realistic timeframes and expectations, and respond to client enquiries professionally, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Support Financial Planners: Ensure documentation and client data are accurate, and provide additional support as needed to our financial planners, enabling them to focus on high-value activities.
  • Client Implementation: Collaboratively support financial planners to achieve goals and targets, driving successful outcomes for our clients and members.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a financial planning/para-planning environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic MS Excel and MS Word skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
