About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director to lead our Commercial Transactions team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our commercial strategy, ensuring that our transactions are structured and negotiated to maximize value and minimize risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of commercial transaction specialists to ensure timely and effective delivery of transactions
  • Collaborate with senior executives across the organization to ensure that our commercial transactions are aligned with our overall business strategy
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on commercial transactions, including negotiation and structuring
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and other external parties
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in commercial transactions, with a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of commercial transactions and their impact on business outcomes
