Job OverviewWe are seeking experienced and entry-level Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve excellent customer service and results.
- Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a restaurant or bar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gaming) or willingness to obtain.
- A flexible approach to working shift work, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
