Food and Beverage Attendant at a 4-Star Accommodation Facility

Located in Tasmania, Country Club Villas is a part of the prestigious Country Club Tasmania. As a 4-star accommodation facility, it boasts 78 villas, including Villa Suites and self-contained 1, 2, and 3-bedroom villas.
The property offers an array of amenities, including tennis courts, an indoor heated swimming pool, a gym, two restaurants (one featuring a wood-fired pizzeria), a bar, and conference facilities.
A Day in the Role: Food and Beverage AttendantAs a Food and Beverage Attendant at Bolters Bar and Grill, you can expect every shift to be engaging and diverse. Daily duties may include:
- Pouring and serving drinks behind our busy bar
- Assisting with food service and taking orders
- Helping customers with gaming, including processing payments and winnings
- Daily cleaning in both the bar and grill
- Assisting with events or large groups as needed by the business
We're looking for individuals who possess a flair for customer service and excellent communication skills. Experience working in a food and beverage environment is essential, as well as strong teamwork skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
An RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gaming) license is required; however, we're willing to support your certification process.

This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We encourage applicants who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a dynamic team.
